The sole shareholder of “O’zmaxsusmontajqurilish” JSC

The State Assets Management Center under the State Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under the contract No. 622 of September 16, 2016, manager through power of attorney, representative of the state trust – Shodiev Mukhamadjon Ishpulatovich, owns 60,150,435 ordinary shares with voting rights and Thus, he is considered the sole shareholder of “Uzmahsusmontajkhurilish” JSC.
According to Article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on “Protection of the rights of joint-stock companies and shareholders”, if all ordinary shares in the company belong to a single shareholder, a general meeting of shareholders will not be held.
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on “Protection of the rights of joint-stock company and shareholders” and the Charter of the Company, the power of the general meeting of shareholders is transferred to the sole shareholder, and the decision is formalized in writing.
